Items will be shipped direct from the artist and they will be packaging the items with the upmost care and protection. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged we must be notified within 3 days of arrival in writing by email, or by post. Postal replies need to be with us within 5 working days. As all items are one-off original works of art a straight replacement is not possible so a upon agreement a full refund will be provided.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, allartists.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.
You are responsible for returning the goods and paying the return postage costs, but we do not add an administration charge for returned items. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and allartists.com's acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it).
